By accessing and using the AIP Reintroduction Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Not a Medical Device

IMPORTANT: This App is a personal lifestyle tracking tool for informational purposes only. It is NOT a medical device as defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or equivalent regulatory bodies. It is NOT intended to:

  • Replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Provide medical, nutritional, or healthcare recommendations
  • Diagnose any medical condition, disease, or food sensitivity
  • Treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes or starting food reintroductions. If you experience severe symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.

3. Use of the App

8. Right to Delete Your Data

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from within the App (Profile > Settings > Delete Account). Upon deletion, all your personal information, health records, symptom logs, and food reintroduction data will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems. This satisfies your "right to be forgotten" under applicable privacy laws.
