No walk, had the vein on my right leg done. No walk or exercise. Cleo not doing well. Same eating as yesterday but did have some green tea.

No walk, had the vein on my right leg done. No walk or exercise. Cleo not doing well. Same eating as yesterday but did have some green tea.

Same food from yesterday, feel great. I do notice I don’t have as much pain in my fingers. Even the base of the thumb has choked but there still is a slight pain. I was a little tired but the end of the day but I still did a chill 20 min row and 30 min yoga. Along with a walk in the morning .
